What is Expressive Arts Therapy (EXAT)?
Expressive arts therapy is a multimodal of approaches to psychotherapy. By integrating different art forms which include art, dance, drama, music, poetry and creative writing together, an individual can express inner feelings non-verbally with metaphorical expression within healing, counseling, healthcare or education setting, to work towards holistic wellness (Rogers, 1993).
